This workshop helps the team level up their communication skills, whether they’re in hallway conversations, 1:1s, or internal, external, or cross-functional meetings. The team will align on values and purpose, the structure of productive meetings, and the agreements for decision-making.

Speak with clarity, concision, and confidence when sharing POV
Listen, paraphrase, request, and disagree to commit
